Role Responsibilities - Handling inbound calls and respond to mails - Resolve customer queries efficiently - Maintain records of interactions - Ensure high Customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores - Provide excellent customer service Desired Candidate Profile - Strong understanding of service delivery - Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently - Ability to meet call centre metrics such as quality, productivity, and turnaround time - Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day shifts only) - Strong English communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
