Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused customer relationship manager to join our team. The candidates will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, providing suitable solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

. Follow up with existing and potential customers.

. Explain products/services to customers.

. Achieve assigned sales and customers sevice targets.

. Maintain customers records and regular follow-ups

. coordinate with internal teams to resolve customers issues.

. Work towards achieving individual and team targets.

. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/ Graduate.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. positive attitude and willingness to learn.

. Sales/customer-handling experience will be an advantage.
