Job Description

Check and monitor client emails on a regular basis. Review client requirements, instructions, and case-related communication. Forward relevant information and requirements to the concerned team. Coordinate with MIS, Field Officers, and Team Leaders for case-related activities. Follow up on pending requirements and ensure timely action. Provide timely updates and responses to clients as required. Maintain proper records of important client communication and follow-ups. Monitor case-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
