Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 120–150 outbound/inbound calls per day while maintaining productivity targets.
  • Verify prescriptions and ensure the right medicine is recommended and dispensed.
  • Provide accurate information on dosage, usage, substitutes, and medicine availability.
  • Confirm the customer's delivery address, contact number, and order details before processing.
  • Resolve customer queries with empathy and maintain high call quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stores and the operations team for timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of every customer interaction in the CRM system.
  • Follow Pharmacy Council guidelines and company SOPs for patient safety and compliance.
