Job DescriptionTrademark Club is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and provide information about company products/services.
- Generate new leads through regular calling and customer interactions.
- Follow up with existing leads and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Convert interested leads into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and further follow-up.
- Maintain daily calling and sales reports.
- Build positive and professional relationships with customers.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
