Telecaller

Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and articulate Telecaller to join our team in the IT Services sector. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, driving engagement, handling inquiries, and generating quality leads through proactive outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses to introduce our IT services and solutions.
• Identify customer needs, pitch relevant services, and effectively manage objections to drive conversions.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and maintain a well-organized pipeline.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of calls, customer interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and meet monthly targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in B2C/B2B telecalling, customer service, or inside sales.
• Communication: Clear, confident verbal communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
• Industry Familiarity: Prior background or understanding of the IT Services, Software, or Internet industry is preferred.
• Skills: Strong persuasion, active listening, and time-management skills.
