🚨 URGENT HIRING – AREA SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Surat, Gujarat

Job Role: Area Sales Executive
📌 Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in sales
Sales Experience: B2B and B2C sales
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory
Candidates with experience in automobile, automotive chemicals, lubricants, or related industries will be preferred.
💼 Role Purpose
To drive primary and secondary sales growth, expand distribution networks, and ensure effective market execution at distributor and retailer levels.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & KPIs
Primary Sales Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets and drive primary sales.
Secondary Sales Growth: Increase product sales through distributors and retailers.
Distribution Expansion: Develop new distributors, dealers, and retail outlets.
Product Mix Management: Promote the complete product portfolio and improve product penetration.
Collection Efficiency: Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
Scheme Execution: Implement promotional schemes and sales activities effectively.
Beat Coverage Compliance: Follow the assigned market beat plan and ensure regular distributor and retailer visits.
Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
