Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to manage daily sales operations at our mobile retail store. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, handling customers, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Promote and sell mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing, offers, and schemes.
• Monitor team performance and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• Manage stock availability and coordinate with the store team.
• Ensure proper product display and maintain store standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with management to improve sales and store performance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in mobile retail, electronics, or consumer durables sales.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good team management and leadership abilities.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and current market trends.
• Ability to manage sales operations independently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
