Job Responsibilities:
• Contact and communicate with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
• Follow up with potential customers regularly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle sales conversations confidently and professionally.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in Hindi and good English communication.
• Strong convincing and sales conversation skills.
• Experience in telesales and telemarketing.
• Good customer relationship and customer handling skills.
• Prior experience in the jewellery industry is required/preferred as per the company requirement.
• Must be confident while speaking with customers over the phone and handling customer inquiries.
