Job Description
*Job Title: Picker Packer / Warehouse Associate*
*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a hardworking Picker Packer to work in our warehouse/store. Your job will be to pick orders, pack them properly, and get them ready for dispatch.
*Roles and Responsibilities:*
- Pick items from shelves as per order list / scanner
- Pack orders accurately with proper labeling
- Check quality and quantity of products before packing
- Keep inventory organized and report any stock shortage
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse
- Load / Unload goods when required
- Achieve daily picking and packing targets
*Requirements:*
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- 0-2 years experience in warehouse / packing preferred (Fresher can also apply)
- Able to do physical work and stand for long hours
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/English
- Familiar with barcode scanner is a plus
*Salary & Benefits:*
- Salary as per industry standards
- PF, ESIC, Overtime as applicable
