Life Insurance – Direct Sales Channel Job Description

  • Generate leads through calls, references, and customer meetings.
  • Sell life insurance products such as term plans, savings plans, and investment-linked plans directly to customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
  • Explain policy benefits, premiums, and features to customers.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide policy-related support.
  • Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance with company guidelines.
