Job Description

: Back Office Executive

📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat

💼 Experience: 2–5 Years

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

🎓 Qualification: Graduate preferred

💼 Roles & Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day back-office operations and documentation

• Handle data entry, records, and maintain accurate information

• Prepare reports, invoices, and other office documents

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

• Handle emails, calls, and routine office communication

• Maintain and update databases, files, and records

• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks

• Ensure work is completed accurately and within deadlines
