Operation Executive ( Timing - 6:30 AM TO 11:00 AM )

Responsibilities:

Content Tracking:

● Regularly search for our company's content in newspapers published in Hindi, Gujarati, and English languages.

● Identify relevant articles and news stories related to our organisation's activities, and products.

Content Analysis and Synopsis:

● Read and comprehend news articles in Hindi, Gujarati, and English languages.

● Write concise and accurate summaries (synopsis) of the identified articles.

Document Scanning and Maintenance:

● Scan physical copies of newspapers or articles for digital records.

● Maintain well-organised digital and physical documents for future reference.

● Ensure that all scanned documents are stored securely and can be easily accessed by team members.

Reporting:

● Prepare regular reports detailing the content tracked, summarised, and scanned.

Qualifications:

● Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English languages (reading, writing, and speaking).

● Strong analytical and comprehension skills to understand and summarise complex content.

● Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting information.

● Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scanning equipment and software.

● Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Note: All candidates are required to sign a mandatory 1-year service bond at the time of

joining
