Job Description
- Handle B2B clients and maintain strong business relationships.
- Manage client inquiries, complaints, feedback, and queries.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain client details, interaction records, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term business relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions and follow-ups.
