Job Description

Position: Customer Payment Receiver

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer payments (Cash, UPI, Cheque, Bank Transfer).
  • Issue payment receipts and maintain records.
  • Update payment details in the system.
  • Verify payment amounts and supporting documents.
  • Follow up on pending or overdue payments.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales departments.
  • Prepare daily payment reports and ensure accurate cash handling.
