Job Description

  • Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and SMS.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Communicate updates and solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with courier/logistics partners regarding order status and delivery.
  • Maintain and update order details in MS Excel.
  • Track customer orders and follow up on pending/delayed deliveries.
  • Process online orders whenever required through different online portals.
  • Perform data entry and data processing.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records.
