Job Description
Job Title: Business Loan Sales ExecutiveAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will handle customer calling, lead follow-up, customer coordination, and business loan sales from lead generation to disbursement.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with potential customers for business loans.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Collect and verify basic customer and business documents.
- Coordinate with customers and banking/NBFC partners.
- Follow up on loan applications until sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer conversations and leads.
- Candidate ProfileGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of business/financial loans is preferred.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Sales, telecalling, banking, NBFC or financial services experience will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
Salary & IncentiveFixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentive
