Video Editing & AI-Based Content Creation — Work From Home

Salary — Part-Time : Rs. 15,000 per month

Salary — Full-Time : Rs. 20,000 per month

About the Role

We supply the raw footage — iPhone clips, Insta360 X5 360° footage, plus action and drone shots. The Content Creator turns that raw footage into polished, ready-to-publish reels, shorts, and carousels.

Key Responsibilities

•    Edit raw footage (photos and videos) supplied via Google Drive into finished, ready-to-publish content

•    Reframe and flatten Insta360 X5 360° footage (via Insta360 Studio or equivalent) before cutting

•    Cut reels to spec: 45–60 seconds, a hook in the first 3 seconds, on-screen text inside the first 2 seconds

•    Edit action, drone, and off-road footage while keeping real ambient sound (engine, wind, tyres) as the primary audio layer

•    Add licensed background music only where needed — never trending or unlicensed audio

•    Use AI-based video tools for rough cuts, subtitles, and repurposing where useful, while keeping final shot selection a human call

•    Create short-form videos and Instagram Reels, plus occasional longer YouTube cuts, from the same footage bank

•    Export in the correct spec (1080×1920, no watermark, audio on) ready for scheduling

Workflow & Approval

•    As part of the trial, create a minimum of 5 sample video edits from provided raw footage

•    Every cut is submitted for the Director's review before publishing — approval is binary (approved or killed), not a back-and-forth of small changes

•    No content is posted directly to any platform — final publishing is handled after the Director's sign-off

Requirements

•    Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing / content creation

•    Hands-on experience editing action videos, drone footage, and 360-degree footage

•    Proficiency with AI-based video creation and editing tools

•    Comfortable with a mobile or desktop editor such as VN, CapCut, or similar

•    Skilled in creating short-form videos and Instagram Reels

•    Strong sense of visual storytelling and creativity

•    Ability to work independently from home and meet deadlines
