Job Description
Position: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients via cold calls, emails, field visits, and online networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, present relevant products/services, and conduct compelling product demonstrations or sales pitches.
B2B & B2C Sales: Manage sales negotiations and pitch to business clients (B2B) as well as individual consumers (B2C) to meet individual and team revenue targets.
Deal Closure: Address client objections, offer suitable solutions, negotiate pricing terms, and successfully close sales deals.
Relationship Management: Maintain clear communication and foster strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research & Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
RequirementsEducation: 12th Pass or higher (Graduate/Diploma preferred).
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills; basic knowledge of B2B/B2C sales techniques.
Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles is a plus.
