Job Description

Position: Accountant

Company: AutoEase CarCare Company

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDaily sales and expense entries
  • Maintain cash & bank records
  • Track customer outstanding payments
  • Record supplier payments and purchases
  • Daily reconciliation of cash/online payments
  • Maintain invoices and bills
  • Prepare weekly & monthly financial reports
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documents
  • Coordinate with management/CA for GST and other compliance
  • Required SkillsBasic accounting knowledge
  • Tally / Vyapar / Excel knowledge
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Honest and responsible with financial information
  • Good communication skills

Main Responsibility: Maintain accurate financial records and give management a clear picture of sales, expenses, cash flow, and outstanding payments.
