Accounts Executive

Location: Palsana, Surat

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month

Experience: 2–2.5 Years

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and financial data entry.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal transactions.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.
• Prepare and verify invoices and accounting records.
• Assist with GST accounting, documentation, and compliance-related activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate updating of financial records.
• Support regular accounting and reconciliation activities.

Requirements:

• B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 2–2.5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and journal entries.
• Hands-on experience in accounting data entry and reconciliations.
• Basic knowledge of GST.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage routine accounting activities independently.
