Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Supervisor to manage daily dispatch operations, ensure timely order processing, and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily dispatch and shipment activities.
• Manage packing, loading, and dispatch of orders.
• Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and delivery teams.
• Verify invoices, shipping labels, and dispatch documents.
• Maintain dispatch records, stock movement, and delivery reports.
• Monitor pending and delayed shipments and take corrective action.
• Ensure proper handling and packaging of products.
• Manage and guide dispatch/warehouse staff.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with customers or internal teams when required.
• Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Team handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
