Job Role: Waterjet Looms Supervisor (Day Shift)

Location: Hojiwala Industrial Estate, Sachin, Surat

Duration: 30 Days (Fixed-Term Project)

Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary / Contractual

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Day Shift Supervisor for our waterjet looms factory located in Hojiwala, Surat. Because our plant runs continuously 365 days a year, we need someone who can manage floor operations daily for a full 30-day block without breaks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily day-shift operations of waterjet weaving looms.
• Monitor fabric production quality and keep track of daily output targets.
• Manage operator attendance, floor discipline, and shift handovers.
• Coordinate incoming yarn and outgoing fabric rolls safely.
• Report daily production logs directly to the management.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a textile or waterjet loom unit.
• Shift & Timing: Regular 12-hour Day Shift.
• Commitment: Must be available to work all 30 days consecutively. Full attendance is valued and rewarded in the final payout.
• Location: Local candidates from Surat, Sachin, or nearby areas who can commute daily are preferred.
