Job Description
We are looking for a Female Data Entry Executive to join our jewelry company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate product, inventory, customer, and vendor records and assisting with day-to-day documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain jewelry product details, including weight, purity, stones, and pricing.
- Update inventory records in ERP/software.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and stock reports.
- Maintain customer and vendor records.
- Record gold, diamond, and gemstone transactions.
- Assist with stock audits and reconciliation.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Inventory teams.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company records.
- Requirements :-
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Gujarati and English language preferred.
- Jewelry industry experience is an advantage.
