Job OverviewWe are looking for a Data Entry & Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role includes basic computer work, data entry, and assisting customers with their queries.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update information in the company system.
• Maintain basic records using Excel / Google Sheets.
• Check and update customer, restaurant, and order-related information.
• Handle basic customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, or chat.
• Help customers with simple order-related questions.
• Coordinate with the team whenever support is required.
• Maintain basic records of customer queries and requests.
• Complete regular data entry and customer support tasks.
• RequirementsBasic computer knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic English and Hindi communication.
• Gujarati will be an advantage.
• Good typing and attention to detail.
• Friendly and polite nature.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Qualification12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous experience is not mandatory.
