Job Description
Manage and supervise the company's Accounts and Finance Department.
Prepare and maintain Financial Statements, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow Statements.
Handle GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliation and related documentation.
Handle Income Tax, TDS and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Tax Consultants.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Monitor company expenses, budgets and financial planning.
Ensure proper accounting records and documentation are maintained.
Handle bank reconciliation, payments and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act and other financial regulations.
Assist management in financial decision-making and cost control.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare MIS reports for management review.
