Renault Car Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive for our Renault car showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining Renault car models and features, conducting test drives, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and converting enquiries into successful car sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in customers at the Renault showroom.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Explain different Renault car models, variants, features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
• Conduct and coordinate test drives for interested customers.
• Generate leads through showroom enquiries, calls, references, and other sources.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Convert leads and enquiries into vehicle bookings and sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams regarding documentation, loans, and insurance.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM/DMS.
• Keep customers updated regarding booking, finance, documentation, and delivery status.
• Stay updated on Renault products, new launches, offers, and competitor models.
• Ensure a professional showroom experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in Automobile Sales / Car Dealership / Auto Retail will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience as Car Sales Executive / Automobile Sales Executive / Showroom Sales Executive can apply.
• Strong customer-handling, communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
• Good knowledge of cars and automobile products.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and close sales.
• Basic computer and CRM/DMS knowledge.
• Presentable, energetic, and customer-friendly personality.
• Willingness to work on weekends and according to showroom working hours.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with hands-on experience in car showroom sales or automobile dealership sales will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with customers and capable of converting showroom enquiries and leads into car bookings and sales.
