About the Role

We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join us as Nutrition Advisors in the Infant

Formula category. The role involves building and nurturing professional relationships with doctors,

pharmacists, stockists, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs), with the objective of promoting

Dudumil’s high-quality infant nutrition products.

Key Responsibilities

● Meet and interact with Gynaecologists, Pediatricians, Pharmacists, Chemists, Hospitals,

NICUs, Paramedics, and Stockists

● Generate prescriptions through effective product detailing and scientific communication

● Map every HCP, NICU, paramedic, hospital, and chemist for the designated area (including

call timing, hospital association, etc.)

● Achieve a daily call average of: 10 Doctors, 5 Hospitals, 5 NICUs, 5 Paramedics, 8 Chemists

● Track and report competitor activity, market schemes, and pricing/margin intelligence

● Capture reasons for brand prescriptions and identify key decision makers

● Ensure stock availability and retail/hospital level presence

● Design and maintain a 13-beat plan for daily operations

● Submit daily reports after the last field call

● Plan next-day beat route one day in advance

● Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and strong communication

● Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical field conduct

● Handling efficiently distributor primary sales, secondary sales, and payment.

● Make sure that our products are available at all prescribed outlet and no delay in supply.

● Strong follow up with all stockist.
