Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company’s finance operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP software, GST, and basic taxation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain cash and bank books.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and other departments regarding accounts-related matters.
• Assist in audits and provide required financial documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Qualifications M.Com / equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Preferred CandidateExperience with Tally Prime and GST filing.
• Knowledge of basic taxation and statutory compliance.
• Honest, organized, and responsible.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
