Job Description
- Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping in Tally Prime.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF/ESI and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries.
- Maintain bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledgers.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Maintain site/project-wise expenses and accounts.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS returns and monthly closing.
- Coordinate with CA, banks, vendors and site staff.
- Maintain proper records for audit and statutory requirements
