About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can transform creative concepts, raw footage, and marketing briefs into engaging, high-quality video content.

The ideal candidate should possess strong video editing skills, a good understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling, and practical knowledge of camera handling and in-house video shoots. The role requires someone who can contribute to both pre-production and post-production activities, ensuring that the final output aligns with the brand's communication objectives, visual identity, and quality standards.

We are looking for a candidate who understands not just how to edit a video, but also how to make it visually compelling, professionally presented, and effective in communicating the intended message across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Video Editing & Post-Production

●     Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, promotional content, product presentations, corporate communication, and other digital platforms.

●     Manage the complete post-production process, including footage selection, sequencing, trimming, transitions, colour correction, colour grading, audio synchronisation, sound design, and final rendering.

●     Create engaging short-form and long-form video content tailored to the requirements of different platforms and audiences.

●     Ensure consistency in video quality, pacing, visual storytelling, and brand communication across all deliverables.

2. Motion Graphics & Visual Design

●     Create and integrate motion graphics, animated text, kinetic typography, titles, transitions, lower thirds, icons, and other visual elements to enhance video content.

●     Develop product animations, explainer videos, animated presentations, and visually engaging content wherever required.

●     Work with graphic assets, illustrations, typography, and brand elements to produce cohesive and professional visual communication.

●     Demonstrate a good understanding of animation principles, visual hierarchy, composition, timing, and movement.

3. Camera Handling & In-House Video Shoots

●     Handle cameras and related equipment for in-house product shoots, corporate videos, promotional content, interviews, and other video production requirements.

●     Understand basic camera operations, including framing, composition, focus, exposure, frame rates, and shot selection.

●     Assist with lighting arrangements, audio recording, backgrounds, props, and other shoot requirements to ensure quality footage.

●     Plan and execute basic in-house shoots independently or in coordination with the marketing and creative teams.

●     Ensure that the footage captured is suitable for the intended editing style, visual requirements, and final output.

4. Creative Collaboration & Content Execution

●     Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and design teams to understand creative briefs, campaign objectives, and content requirements.

●     Translate ideas and references into engaging video concepts and executions.

●     Suggest creative approaches, editing styles, motion treatments, and visual improvements that enhance the overall quality of content.

●     Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and deliver final outputs within agreed timelines.

●     Organise raw footage, project files, assets, and final exports systematically for easy access and future revisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

●     Proven experience in video editing and content production, supported by a relevant portfolio or showreel.

●     Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.

●     Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.

●     Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools will be an added advantage.

●     Practical knowledge of camera handling, lighting, framing, and basic audio recording for in-house shoots.

●     Strong visualisation skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of visual storytelling.

●     Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

●     Good time management skills and the ability to work on multiple assignments with changing priorities.
