Job Description

  1. Customer Handling: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets, and recommend appropriate products.
  2. Sales Conversion: Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
  3. Product Demonstration: Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
  4. Lead Management: Maintain customer enquiry records, prepare quotations, and follow up regularly to convert pending enquiries.
  5. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommend complementary products to increase average order value and overall sales.
  6. Relationship Management: Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and repeat customers.
  7. Order Coordination: Coordinate with billing, inventory, and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  8. Showroom Management: Maintain attractive product displays, product knowledge, and showroom presentation.
  9. Customer Satisfaction: Address customer queries professionally and ensure a smooth buying experience.
