Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.

Handle employee relations and HR operations.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Coordinate training and performance management.

Support employee engagement and HR reporting.

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills
