Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic to join our recruitment team as a Recruitment Specialist. This offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and provides an opportunity to learn and develop skills in sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize social media platforms and job portals effectively to search for and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for available positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as organizing resumes, drafting correspondence, and updating job descriptions.

Requirements:
