Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and dealers.
• Identify and approach new customers to generate business opportunities.
• Promote and sell textile fabrics, denim, and other company products.
• Visit customers, markets, retailers, wholesalers, and garment manufacturers as required.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics/products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide excellent service.
• Collect market information regarding competitor pricing, products, demand, and trends.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, orders, and sales activities.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Develop new markets and expand the company's customer base.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
