About the Role, we are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong focus on B2B Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, pitching our offerings, building strong corporate relationships, and driving revenue growth.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify, prospect, and reach out to target B2B clients and businesses to generate sales leads.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle client negotiations, address objections, and finalize commercial agreements/deals.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Market Research & Feedback: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to refine sales strategies.
• Reporting: Track daily sales activities, pipelines, and achievements using CRM or reporting sheets.

• Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: 12th Pass required; Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in B2B sales, SMB sales, or business development.
• Language Skills: Basic English and fluent local language communication skills.
