🎓 Education: Any Graduate / MBA
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
💰 Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹26,000 CTC + Incentives
🔹 Job Responsibilities :
🏗️ Connect with Builders and Sales Managers at construction sites.
- 🏠 Generate leads for Home Loan products.
- 🤝 Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners and customers.
- 📞 Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- 📋 Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and documentation.
- 🎯 Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- 🚗 Regular field visits to construction sites and customer locations.
🔹 Candidate Profile✅ 1–4 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / Banking / Financial Services / Field Sales preferred
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Good relationship-building ability
✅ Target-oriented and comfortable with field work
✅ Knowledge of local market and construction projects will be an advantage
