About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for the Ranchi, Patna and Muzaffarpur markets. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Visit jewellery stores, salons and other potential business customers regularly.
• Promote and demonstrate Studex Ear & Nose Piercing Systems and related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers and corporate customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle quotations, orders, follow-ups and payment/collection coordination.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training when required.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Maintain regular market visit and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, warehouse and management teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidate Profile1–4 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Retail Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in jewellery, beauty, salon, FMCG, medical devices or related industries will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good customer relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable with local market travel.
