Job Title: Operations Executive
📍 Location: Kanta Toli, Ranchi

TotalFix is a handyman services booking platform operating in 6 cities. We connect customers with trusted professionals for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, home & office interiors, renovations, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Handle customer inquiries & service bookings via phone, chat, and app.
🔹 Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
🔹 Negotiate pricing and service terms with customers & vendors.
🔹 Upsell & cross-sell services based on customer needs.
🔹 Monitor ongoing jobs, ensuring timely completion & issue resolution.
🔹 Assist in vendor payments & customer billing.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Good communication & negotiation skills (Hindi & English preferred)
✅ Basic computer & smartphone proficiency
✅ Ability to multitask & handle pressure
