Job Description

  • Proactively call customers to remind them about upcoming or overdue vehicle service schedules.
  • Promote and sell value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages based on customer needs.
  • Conduct post-service follow-up calls to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction with the service experience.
  • Address customer queries, resolve concerns, or coordinate with the service team for timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Build strong customer relationships to improve retention, repeat business, and customer loyalty.
