Job Description
PIEM Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and result-oriented Business Development Managers to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, build institutional/client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
● Build and maintain relationships with clients, institutions, and key stakeholders.
● Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
● Develop effective business development strategies.
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
● Prepare regular business performance reports for management.
Requirements
● Minimum 5 years of experience in the Education Sector.
● Graduate in any discipline.
● Fluent English communication—spoken and written.
● Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Target-driven, confident, and professionally presentable.
