Job Description
Dhoori Herbal is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to develop market presence, increase sales, and expand the distributor/dealer network across Jharkhand. The role involves field marketing, business development, promotional campaigns, and relationship management with retailers, distributors, and healthcare outlets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies for Jharkhand.
- Appoint and manage distributors, super stockists, and dealers.
- Increase product availability in retail and wholesale markets.
- Conduct promotional activities, product demonstrations, and awareness campaigns.
- Visit retailers, pharmacies, herbal stores, and institutions regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales and market expansion targets.
- Analyze competitor activities and submit market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Plan branding activities including exhibitions, events, and digital promotions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
