Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the Accounts & Finance function of the company.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Handle purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain cash and bank records.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Verify bills, expenses and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic MIS/reports.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.
• Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Sales and other departments for accounting-related matters.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of ledger, journal, debit/credit and bank reconciliation.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

QualificationB.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounts/Finance.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Factory Accounts will be preferred.
