Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive – Meta & Facebook Ads who has hands-on knowledge of running, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The candidate will be responsible for setting up Meta Ads campaigns, managing Facebook Ads Manager, defining target audiences, monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets, analyzing key performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to achieve better reach, leads, conversions, and e-commerce sales. The role will also involve testing different ad creatives and audiences, monitoring campaign results, preparing performance reports, identifying opportunities for improvement, and coordinating with the creative and marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and lead/sales generation. Candidates with hands-on experience in e-commerce advertising and performance marketing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns.

• Manage campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager.
• Set up campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, placements, and schedules.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns regularly.
• Analyze metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting.
• Test different creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Focus on generating quality leads and e-commerce sales.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad banners, videos, and other marketing materials.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
• Stay updated with Meta advertising features, policies, and best practices.
