Job Description

Community Mobilizer – ADITHI, Rajgir, Nalanda, Bihar: The Community Mobilizer will facilitate community meetings, household visits and participatory planning; strengthen Water User Committees; and promote community participation in water conservation, ecosystem restoration, WASH and climate-resilient livelihoods. Responsibilities include beneficiary identification, awareness generation, coordination with Gram Panchayats and community groups, field-level implementation support, data collection and activity reporting.
