Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, communicate with prospective customers over the phone, explain our products/services, and convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Convert leads into sales and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer visits, demonstrations, and order processing.
• Build good relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good Hindi communication; English communication will be an advantage.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and email.
• Good follow-up and time-management skills.
