Roles and Responsibilities


  • Presentable Appearance and Attitude.
  • Lead Management 
  • Enquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.
  • Demonstrating the Scooter.
  • Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale
  • Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc
  • Closing and Followup.

KPIs

  • Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR
  • Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR
  • Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs
  • Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customer
  • CX rating



Requirements


  • Qualification – 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma
  • Experience: Min. 1 Yrs in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking preferred
  • Knows driving 2 wheeler
  • Must have Driving License
  • Good communication skills
