Job Description

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain and reconcile ledgers and bank statements.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related compliances.
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper financial documentation.
  • Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
  • Work on Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding bills, payments, and accounts-related queries.
  • Assist the senior accountant in daily accounting and finance activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Requirements: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification. Candidates with Minimum 1 year of experience can apply. Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST and TDS will be preferred.
