Job SummaryWe are looking for a well-groomed, customer-oriented Guest Relationship Executive to manage guest interactions, ensure excellent hospitality, and deliver a memorable guest experience at RomeoLane, Raipur.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist with guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and service coordination, as applicable.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Maintain strong guest relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Collect guest feedback and take appropriate action to improve satisfaction.
• Maintain professional grooming, communication, and hospitality standards.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant hospitality experience may apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with guest management systems will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

ExperienceFreshers or candidates with experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or customer service.
