Job DescriptionWe are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented candidates for the position of Field Sales Executive at TradeIndia.

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business customers, promoting B2B digital marketplace solutions, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, and references.
• Visit manufacturers, wholesalers, traders, distributors, exporters, and MSMEs.
• Explain TradeIndia membership plans and digital business solutions.
• Meet potential customers and convert leads into paying clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Maintain customer relationships and update sales records.
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in field sales.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer, email, and WhatsApp skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
